The Guide – I understand the weight of leading through transition

I have been pastoring churches since 1996 across the United States and internationally. My ministry has focused on biblical teaching, leadership development, missional community, and helping churches move through seasons of challenge and change.

My Doctor of Ministry work focused on helping churches transition from a consumer paradigm toward missional thought, community, and practice.

I care deeply about helping churches become communities where people encounter God, grow as disciples, love one another well, and join Jesus in His mission.
